No: AM-M-2026-1046-LBR-142025-1337-GH:- Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-

M-2025-781- LBR-142025-1337-GH, Date: 14.10.2025 issued under section-11(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that total Land H.A. 00-

52-56 sq.mt of Village: Achhod, Ta.Amod, Dist. Bharuch is needed for the public purpose project of “Amod Rojha

Tankariya Muler Dahej Road KM 0/0 to 45/8 Project.”

The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of

period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the act, in exercise of the power conferred by provision to section-19(7)

of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013,

hereby extend the period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the act, publication of the

declaration under section-19(1) of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of

14.10.2026.

જાહેરનામાની અનુસૂચિમાાં દશાવેલ કુલ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૫૨-૫૬ િો.મી. જમીન “આમોદ રોઝા ટંકારીયા મુલેર દહેજ કી.મી. ૦/૦ થી ૪૫/૮ને

જોડતા રોડ પ્રોજેકટ” ના જાહેર હેતુ સાંપાદન કરવા જરૂરી છે.

સદરહું કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ના સદરહુ જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લાંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાાં પુરતા

કારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે તેવો અચભપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી, જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચશવતાનો

અચધકાર અચધચનયમ, ૨૦૧૩ની કલમ-૧૯(૭)ની જોગવાઇથી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ પ્રચસદ્ધ

કરવાના જાહેરનામા માટે સદરહું કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ના જાહેરનામાની મુદ્દત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) મચહના સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર

મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૧૪.૧૦.૨૦૨૬થી અમલમાાં આવશે.
