No:- AM-M-2026-1042-LNV-142025-973-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat that land specified

in the SCHEDULE annexed here to, is likely to be required to "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-

Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road" (hereinafter referred to as "The Requiring Body") for

the public purpose of construction of infrastructure project of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-

Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road" (hereinafter referred to as "The public purpose

Project")

Now whereas, the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department has, in exercise of the powers conferred, by

section-10(A) [inserted by section 3 of The Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and

Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016 (Gujarat Act No.12 of 2016)] of The Right to

Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act.2013 (30 of 2013)

(here in after referred to as "The Act") exempted, in public interest, by Notification No : AM-M-2025-389-LNV-

142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025 published in the extraordinary Gazette of Gujarat Government Date:

08/10/2025 the below mentioned Scheduled area of land, to be acquired for the infrastructure project of the

Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road,

form the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act, and

Now whereas, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub- section (1) of section-43 of The Act, the Government

of Gujarat, has notified, vide their Notification No:- AM-M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025

Prant officer, Navsari to function and discharge the duties as the Administrator of Rehabilitation and Resettlement

in respect of the scheduled land to be acquired for construction of the captioned infrastructure project, and

Now whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 11 of "The Right to Fair

compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013" (30 of 2013)

(hereinafter referred to as The Act), the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide their Notification no:- No : AM-

M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025 that the said Scheduled land is required for the public

purpose specified here above,

And Whereas, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied after considering the report made by Prant officer, Navsari

under sub-section(2) of section 15 of Act, that the said land is needed to be acquired for "The public purpose

project" specified in the scheduled here to, and

Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section(1) of section 19 The Act, the Government of

Gujarat hereby declares that the said scheduled lands is required for the public purpose specified in the schedule

hereto.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(g) of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints

the Prant officer, Navsari to perform all functions of the Collector under the said Act in respect of the aforesaid

lands, except the powers conferred under Sections 17(1) and 17(2) of the Act.

The plans, of scheduled lands can be inspected at the office of The Prant officer, Navsari

Number of SCHEDULE appended with the Government Notification No : AM-M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-

GH, Date : 20/06/2025 are not required for the aforesaid Public Purpose Project, the Governmet of Gujarat hereby,

abandons acquisition of these land for the aforesaid "Public Purpose Project"

પડવાનો સાંભવ છે એવુ ગુજરાત સરકારને જણાય છે.

૧. હવે જ્યારે ગુજરાત સરકારના અસાધારણ રાજ્યપત્રમાાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયેલ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૩૮૯-જનવ-

૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તા.૨૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ થી ગુજરાત સરકારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુન:વસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને

પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી "સદરહુ અચધચનયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ

છે તે) ની કલમ-૧૦(એ) (૨૦૧૬ના ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ નાં.૧૨ ની કલમ-૩ થી દાખલ કરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય

સરકારે જાહેર ચહતમાાં ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઈ સ્પીડ કોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સિીન-નવસારી ચસક્સ લેન (૬ લેન) કક.મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી

૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ બનાવવા માટેના આાંતરમાળાખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની નીિે જણાવેલ અનુસૂચિત ક્ષેત્રફળની જમીનને,

"સદરહુ અચધચનયમ" ના પ્રકરણ ૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઇઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચિ આપેલ છે અને

૨. હવે જ્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારે “સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩(૧) થી મળેલ અચધકારોની રૂએ જાહેરનામાાં ક્રમાાંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૭૧૯-

જનવ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તારીખ : ૬/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી ‘ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઈ સ્પીડ કોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સિીન-નવસારી ચસક્સ લેન

(૬ લેન) કક.મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ” બનાવવા માટેનાાં આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાાંધકામ માટેની અનુસૂચિત ચવસ્તારની

જમીનના સાંપાદનના સાંબાંધમાાં પ્રાાંત અચધકારી, નવસારીની પુન: સ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનના વહીવટદાર તરીકે ચનમણૂક કરેલ છે, અને

૩. હવે જ્યારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન: સ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો

અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકારે જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૭૧૯-જનવ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તારીખ : ૬/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી

ઉિ જમીનો, ઉપરોિ સાવાજચનક હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે, તેમ જાહેર કરેલ છે, અને

૪. હવે જ્યારે સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ની પેટા કલમ-૨ નીિેના પ્રાાંત અચધકારી, નવસારીના અહેવાલને ચવિારણામાાં લીધા બાદ

રાજ્ય સરકારને એવો સાંતોષ થયેલ છે કે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ "જાહેર હેતુની યોજના" માટે જરૂરી છે, અને

૫. તેથી હવે, "સદરહુ અચધચનયમ"ની કલમ-૧૯" થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સરકાર આથી જાહેર કરે છે કે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત

જમીનો સદરહુ "જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે.

૬. ગુજરાત સરકાર, સદરહુ અચધચનયની કલમ-૩(જ) થી મળેલ સત્તા અન્વયે, ઉિ જમીનોના સાંબાંધમાાં "સદરહુ અચધચનયમ" નીિે હવે પછી

કલેક્ટર તરીકે કરવાના તમામ કાયો બજાવવા માટે, પ્રાાંત અચધકારી, નવસારીની ચનમણૂક કરે છે.

૭. સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનોના નકર્ા, પ્રાાંત અચધકારી, નવસારીની કિેરી ખાતે તપાસ કરી ર્કાર્ે.
