Notification

The 7th March, 2018

No. T&CP/GMDA/PF-89-III/2018/8059.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of

Section 1 of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2017 (34 of 2017) and in partial supersession

of the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department notification No. T&CP/GMDA/PF-89-III/

2017/19917 dated the 12th August, 2017, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette to be the date on which the provisions of sections 45 and 46 of the said Act shall

come into force.
