Notification

The 9th March, 2018

No. G.S.R.18/Const./Art.309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Sports

and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Sports and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Sports and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Rules, 1998 in rule 5, for the words

“forty”, the words and sign “forty-two” shall be substituted.
