Notification

The 9th March, 2018

No. SEC/4E-II/2018/330.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/3E-

II/2016/3478, dated 01.04.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Poonam Devi W/o Sh. Dina Nath as elected Chairman,

Panchayat Samiti, Indri, District Karnal.

And Whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Karnal vide his letter

No. 2136, dated 16.02.2018 has informed that in a meeting held on 29.01.2018 “No Confidence Motion” has

been passed against the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Indri. It has been requested to de-notify the name of

Smt. Poonam Devi, the then Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Indri, District Karnal.

In view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Poonam Devi

W/o Sh. Dina Nath, the then Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Indri, District Karnal.
