Notification

The 13th March, 2018

No. G.S.R.19/Const./Art.318/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by article 318 of Constitution of India,

the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana Public Service Commission

(Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1972, namely:-

1.

These regulations may be called the Haryana Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Amendment

Regulations, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1972, in regulation 13, for the word

“Members”, the words and sign “Members/Ex-Members” shall be substituted.
