Notification

The 14th March, 2018

No.988-Ft-4-2018/3447.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 read with

sub- section (1) of section 26 A of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (Central Act 53 of 1972), the Governor

of Haryana hereby rescinds the Haryana Government, Wild Life Preservation Department, Notification

No. S.O. 129/C.A53/72/ S.18/87, dated the 27th November, 1987.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 36 C of the said Act, the Governor of Haryana

hereby declares the areas specified below as community reserve namely Abubshehar Community Reserve for the

purpose of protecting fauna, flora and traditional or cultural conservation values and practices.
