HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN

Notification

The 14th March, 2018

No. Authority-2009/7130.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas

Pradhikaran Act, 1977(Act 13 of 1977), the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran with the previous approval of the State

Government conveyed vide their memo No. 1/19/2005-ITCP, dated 12-08-2008, No. 1/19/2005-ITCP, dated

16.09.2008 and No. 1/12-90-ITCP, dated 18.01-2000, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the

Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services Regulations, 1989, namely:-

1.

These regulations may be called the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services (Amendment)

Regulations, 2009.

2.

They shall come into force at once.

3.

In the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Service Regulations, 1989(hereinafter called the said regulations), in

Appendix ‘B’ under heading “ADMINISTRATIVE WING” column Nos. 1,2,3,4 & 5 for serial No. 4 and entries there

against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be substituted, namely :-

with atleast 40% marks in the

HSVP Act.

HSVP regulations

(c)

Consumer Protection Act

(d)

Computer

Application

of

PPM & FAS.

For promotion of AEO from existing

employees.

“In case of promotion quota the revised

recruitment rules (Qualification etc.)

would be applicable only to the fresh

appointees in the feeder cadres and the

existing employees would be governed

by the existing recruitment rules”,

Existing recruitment rules are as

5 years experience as Supdt. Grade-I

Or

7 years experience as Dy. Supdt.

12 posts shall be
