No. 16/1/2018-4IB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution

of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Stores Purchase

Department (Group C) Service Rule, 1982, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Stores Purchase Department (Group C) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Stores Purchase Department (Group C) Serivce Rules, 1982, in rule 5, for the word “thirty”, the

words and sign “forty-two” shall be substituted.
