No. 16/1/2018-4IB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution

of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Supplies and

Disposals Directrorate (Group B) Service Rule, 1986, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Supplies and Disposal Directorate (Group B) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Supplies and Disposals Directorate (Group B) Serivce Rules, 1986, in rule 5, for the word

“thirty”, the words and sign “forty-two” shall be substituted.
