Notification

The 20th March, 2018

No. SEC/4E-II/2018/424.—

Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/3E-II/2016/3870, dated 29.04.2016

had notified the name of Smt. Mamta Rani w/o Sh. Raj Kumar as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, District Sirsa.

And, whereas, the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Sirsa vide his letter

No. 230/Panchayat elections/2018, dated 07.03.2018 has informed that in a meeting held on 19.02.2018

“No Confidence Motion” has been passed against the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Sirsa.

In view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Smt. Mamta Rani w/o Sh. Raj Kumar, the then Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Sirsa, District Sirsa.
