Notification
The 30th March, 2018
No. 314-Agri Sec. (1)-2018/ 4318.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of sub- section (1)
read with sub-section (2) of section 6-A of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act., 1961 (23 of 1961 ), the
Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to split up notified market area of Market Committee, Jind to
constitute two committees thereof under column 1 and 2 respectively of the Schedule given below by excluding the
area specified in column 3 of the said Schedule from the Market area of Jind and to constitute the Market area of
Alewa having that area.
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given for the information of the public in general and especially the person
likely to be affected to invite objections and suggestions if any, within a period of thirty days from the date of
publication of this notifications in the Official Gazette. Such objections or suggestion as may be received by the
Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department, Chandigarh with respect
to aforesaid proposal within the period so specified, shall be taken into consideration.
