Notification

The 6th April, 2018

No. G.S.R. 24/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Haryana

Legal Metrology Organisation State (Group D) Service Rules, 1999, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Legal Metrology Organisation State (Group D) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Legal Metrology Organisation State (Group D) Service Rules, 1999 (hereinafter called the said

rules), in rule 5, for the words and sign "thirty-five", the words and sign “forty-two” shall be substituted.

3.

In the said rules, for Appendix B, the following Appendix shall be substituted, namely:-
