Notification

The 6th April, 2018

No. G.S.R. 26/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following Rules, further to amend the Haryana

Food and Supplies Department, Field (Group D) Service Rules, 1999, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Food and Supplies Department Field (Group D) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Food and Supplies Department Field (Group D) Service Rules, 1999 (hereinafter called the

said rules) for the words ―Food and Supplies Department‖, Wherever occurring the words and sign ―Food, Civil

Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department‖ shall be substituted.

3.

In the said rules, in rule 5, for the figure ―35‖, the words and sign ―forty-two‖ shall be substituted.

4.

In the said rules, for Appendix B, the following Appendix shall be substituted, namely:-
