Notification

The 6th April, 2018

No. 308 -Agri. Sec.-(3)-2018/4913.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 17 of

the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Governor of

Haryana is pleased to appoint Shri Sunil Jain S/o Late Shri Suresh Chand Jain Saraf Ward No. 11, Ferozepur Jhirka as

a Producer Member of the Market Committee, Ferozepur Jhirka w.e.f. against the vacancy caused due to the death of

Late Shri Suresh Chand Jain Saraf Producer Member.

The appointment as a Producer Member will be subject to the condition that the term of the Office shall expire

on the same date as the term of the Office of the vacating member would have expired head the latter held office for

the full period allowed under Section-14.
