Notification

The 27th April, 2018

No. G.S.R. 28/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

State Prosecution Group „D‟ Service Rules, 1996, namely:-

1.

These Rules may be called the Haryana State Prosecution Group „D‟ Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana State Prosecution Group „D‟ Service Rules, 1996 for rule 5, the following rule shall be

substituted, namely:-

“5. No person shall be appointed to the post in the service by direct recruitment who is less than sixteen

years or more than forty two years of age on or before the first date of the month next proceeding the last date

fixed for submission of application to any recruiting authority:

Provided that the maximum age shall be relaxable in accordance with the instructions issued by the

Government from time to time.”.
