The 18th May, 2018

No. G.S.R. 35/Const./Art. 309/2018 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to the amend the

Haryana Tourism Department (Group D) Service Rules, 1996, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Tourism Department (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Tourism Department (Group D) Service Rules, 1996, in rule 5, for the words and sign

“thirty five”, the words and sign “forty–two” shall be substituted.
