Notification

The 24th May, 2018

No. 50/07/2018-S(I)(A).— In exercise of the power conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue

Act, 1887 and section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers on

Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani the powers of the Collector to hear appeals from the orders and

decrees of Assistant Collector of the 1st and 2nd Grades under the aforesaid Acts such powers shall be exercised by

the said Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani within the limits of respective Sub Division where the

officer is working.

No. 50/07/2018-S(I)(B).— Under the provisions of clause (c) of section 3 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894,

the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani, with the powers of

Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act. Such powers are to be exercised within the limits of respective

Sub Division where the officer is working.

No. 50/07/2018-S(I)(C).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Punjab

Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints

Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani to perform the duties of the Collector under the said Act within

the limits of the Sub Division where the officer is working.

No. 50/07/2018-S(I)(D).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Colonization of

Government Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912 (Punjab Act 5 of 1912), Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani is

appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under sections 17, 20, 24 , 25, 26, 32,

33 and 34 over the lands to which the said act applied in respect of all State owned lands in the Bhiwani Sub Division

of Bhiwani Distt. under the management of the Public Works Department, Haryana.

No. 50/07/2018-S(I)(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of section 2 of

the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Mahesh Kumar, HCS, City Magistrate,

Bhiwani to perform the duties of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the Bhiwani Sub Division of the

Bhiwani District.
