Notification

The 6th June, 2018

No. 1/69/2010-1HC.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana considers it expedient that precautions shall be

taken to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into certain places;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official

Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification

No. S.O. 1788, dated the 19th May, 1967, published in the Government of India Gazette, dated the 27th May, 1967,

the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the place specified in column 1 of the Schedule given below to be a

prohibited place for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-
