The 14th June, 2018

No. G.S.R. 37/Const./Art.309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Excise and Taxation Commissioner’s Office (Group C) Service Rules, 1980, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Excise and Taxation Commissioner’s Office (Group C) Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Excise and Taxation Commissioner’s Office (Group C) Service Rules, 1980, in Rule 5, for the

word “thirty”, the words and sign “forty two” shall be substituted.
