The 14th June, 2018

No. G.S.R. 38/Const./Art.309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Excise and Taxation Inspectorate (State Service, Class III) Service Rules, 1969, namely :-

These rules may be called Haryana Excise and Taxation Inspectorate (State Service, Class III), (Amendment)

Rules 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Excise and Taxation Inspectorate (State Service, Class III) Rules 1969, in Rule 7, for the figure

“27”, the words and sign “forty-two” shall be substituted.
