Notification

The 19th June, 2018

No. SEC/1ME/2018/3997.— Whereas, the name of Sh. Satbir Singh S/o Sh. Risal Singh was notified as a

Member of (Ward No. 06) Municipal Committee, Beri, Jhajjar by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide

Notification No. SEC/1ME/2013/1078 dated 04.03.2013.

And Whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide his Memo No. 4AE/2018/53119 dated

28.05.2018 enclosed the copy of the report of Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar (Memo No. 5161 dated 22.03.2018) and

made the request to de-notify the name of Sh. Satbir Singh S/o Sh. Risal Singh from Ward No. 06 of Municipal

Committee, Beri, as his resignation has been accepted by the Deputy Commissioner under the provisions of

Section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973.

In view of the request of director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana, the State Election Commission,

Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Sh. Satbir Singh S/o Sh. Risal Singh from Ward No. 06 of Municipal

Committee, Beri from the notification referred to above.
