Notification

The 20th June, 2018

(u/s 11 Section 11 of "The Right To Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013")

Notification No. 1.— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land described in the

specification below is required for the public purpose, namely, for Construction and strengthening of Kakrala-

Sri Nagar Road in villages-Kakrala-Israna-Rambas-Dhana-Manpura in Kanina Tehsil, District Mahendragarh and

village Sri Nagar in Tehsil Dahina, District Rewari.

The Governor of Haryana is satisfied that the said land is required for the aforesaid purpose. Hence, it is

hereby notified in the pursuance of Section 11 of the "The Right To Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land -

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013" that the said land described in the specification below is

likely to be acquired for the aforesaid purpose and the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD (B&R Branch), Bhiwani

shall cause public notice of the substance of his notification to be given at convenient places in the locality.

This notification is made under the provision of Section-11 of the "The Right To Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013" for the information to all whom it may

concern.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorize the

officers with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon the land, survey

the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition of the land in the locality may within a period

of 60 days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette file an objection under Section 15 of the “The

Right To Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013” in

writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD (B&R Branch), Bhiwani.

The plans of the land may also be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, PWD (B&R Branch),

Bhiwani and Executive Engineer, PWD (B&R Branch), Narnaul on any working days.
