The 26th June, 2018
No. 7/3/2018-2IB-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of
India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Industries &
Commerce Department (Group D) State Service Rules, 2015, namely:-
1.
These rules may be called the Haryana Industries & Commerce Department (Group D) State Service
(Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2.
In the Haryana Industries & Commerce Department (Group-D) State Service Rules, 2015 (hereinafter called
the said rules) for rule 5, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“5.
As specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and conditions of service)
Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).
3.
In the said rules, for Appendices B, C and D, the following appendices shall be substituted, namely:-
