No. 5/2/2004-4GS-III.— In partial modification of Haryana Government Notification No. 5/2/2004-4GS,

dated 12th June, 2018, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Pankaj Aggarwal, IAS Secretary to

Government Haryana, Political and Services Department-Member, as member Internal Complaints Committee, in

Place of Sh. Ashok Sangwan who has been since relieved of the charge of Secretary to Government Haryana,

Political and Services Department.

Further, Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Smt. Hema Sharma, HCS, Director & Special Secretary,

Women & Child Development, Haryana, as convener of the Internal Complaints Committee constituted vide GAD

letter dated 5/2/2004-4GSIII, dated 12.06.2018.
