Notification

The 6th July, 2018

No. SEC/2ME/2018/4080.— Whereas, the name of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Parkash was notified as a

member of (Ward No. 7) Municipal Committee, Pundri, Kaithal by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide

Notification No. SEC/1ME/2013/4075 dated 04.08.2013.

And Whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide his Memo No. 4AE/2018/14535 dated

13.03.2018 enclosed the copy of the report of Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal (Memo No. 5175/L.F.A dated

15.12.2018) and made the request to de-notify the name of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Parkash from Ward No. 7

of Municipal Committee, Pundri, as his resignation has been accepted by the Deputy Commissioner under the

provisions of section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973.

And Whereas, the Commission vide letter No. SEC/1ME/2018/1943 dated 22.03.2018 made the request to the

Director, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana to first send a copy of the official gazette through which the

acceptance of resignation of the member has been notified; as per the provisions of section 13 of the Haryana

Municipal Act, 1973.

And Whereas, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide Notification No. 18/130/2018-3C1 dated

02.07.2018 has notified the acceptance of the resignation of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Parkash, Ward No. 7

Pundri from the post of elected member of Municipal Committee, Pundri from the date of his resignation i.e.

17.01.2018.

In view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Sh. Sanjeev kumar

S/o Sh. Ram Parkash from Ward No. 07 of Municipal Committee, Pundri, Kaithal from the notification referred to

above at para on of this notification.
