The 27th September, 2018

No. MS/HALSA/5(18) 9757.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8-A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), read with Regulations 3 and 4 of the High Court Legal Services

Committee Regulations, 1998 and in view of letter No. 3706/Lok Adalat Branch, Dated 19.9.2018 of Ld. Registrar

General, Punjab and Haryana High Court, the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following

amendment in the Notification No.MS/HALSA/5(18) dated 20th April, 1998 and reconstitutes the High Court Legal

Services Committee consisting of the following Ex-Officio Members, as well as nominated Members, to exercise the

powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:
