Governing Body/Executive Committee of Haryana State Blood Transfusion Council.

Governing Body/Executive Committee of Hayrna State Blood Transfusion council was notified by the

Government vide No. 3/86/91-HB III dated 26th June, 2015. Due to change over in administration; amendment in the

Governing Body/Executive Committee members has been made as under:



Additional Chief Secretary (Health) to Government of Haryana will be the Chairperson of Haryana

State Blood Transfusion in place of Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Hayrana, Health and

Medical Educaiton.



Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana and Director Medical Education & Research will

be the new members of the Executive Committee/Governing body of the Council.



New Office address of the Council will be O/o Director General Health Services, 1st Floor,

Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula.
