Notification

The 11th October, 2018

No. MS/HALSA/5(18) 11246.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the

following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/5(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal

Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:

In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide Notification

No. MS/HALSA/5(18)10522 dated 5.9.2017, the following entry shall be substituted in place of Hon’ble

Mr. Justice Mahesh Grover, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
