Notification

The 12th October, 2018

No. SEC/4E-II/2018/1718.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No.SEC/3E-

II/2016/4569, dated 22.06.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Meena Kumari w/o Sh. Ramdas under section 161 (4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Hansi 2 in District Hisar.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Hisar vide his letter

No. Panchayat/ 2018/6113, dated 19.09.2018 has informed that in a meeting held on 12.09.2018 “No Confidence

Motion” has been passed against Smt.Meena Kumari, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Hansi 2, and requested to

de-notify her name as such .

In view of above the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Smt. Meena Kumari w/o Sh. Ramdas as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Hansi 2 in District Hisar with immediate effect.
