Notification

The 12th October, 2018

No. SEC/4E-II/2018/1724.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No.SEC/3E-

II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Rekha Rani w/o Sh. Gulshan Kumar under section 161 (4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal, District Karnal.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Karnal vide his letter

No. 11084, dated 01.10.2018 has informed that in a meeting held on 29.01.2018, Smt.Rekha Rani, Vice-Chairman

was elected unopposed as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal. It has been requested to de-notify her name as such.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Rekha Rani w/o

Sh. Gulshan Kumar, as Vice Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal, District Karnal with immediate effect.
