Notification

The 25th October, 2018

No. G.S.R. 58/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana,

Local Audit (Group C) Service Rules, 2012, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Local Audit (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana, Local Audit (Group C) Service Rules 2012, in rule 9, in sub-rule (1), for clause (c), the

following clause shall be substituted namely: –

“(C) in the case of Auditor,–

(i)

90% by direct recruitment; and

(ii)

10% by promotion from amongst Junior Scale Stenographer, Steno-Typists, Clerks; or

(iii)

by transfer or deputation of an official already in the Service of the Government of India or of

State Government.”.
