Notification

The 6th November , 2018

No. LC-1694/7/18/2018-2TCP.— In partial modification of the notification No. PF-70/11350 dated

30.05.2014, the Clause 1 of the said notification is substituted as under, which shall be applicable w.e.f. 30.05.2014:-

“1.

Time limit for completion of cyber park colony:- A coloniser who has been granted a licence by

the Director for the establishment of cyber park colony shall be required to complete at least 60% of

the permitted floor area, and obtain occupation certificate within a period of four years from the date

of grant of environment clearance and apply for grant of completion certificate under Rule 16.”
