Corrigendum
The 10th December, 2018
No. SEC/4E-II/2018/1915.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its Notifications
No. SEC/3E-II/2016/2226 and 2232, 10.02.2016 had notified the names of elected Sarpanches of the Gram
Panchayats Kheri, Kukarthana, Ludesar and Meerpur in Block Nathusari Chopta and Sirsa respectively in the General
Elections held in January, 2016 on the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election
Officer (P), Sirsa. In the said recommendation * indicating elected as unopposed was not marked against the names of
above said Sarpanches.

And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (P), Sirsa vide his Memo
No. 496/Panchayat election-2018, dated 06.09.2018 and No. 546, dated 21.11.2018 informed that there was no
election on the post of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Kheri, Kukarthana, Ludesar and Meerpur in Blocks Nathusari
Chopta and Sirsa respectively and the Sarpanch of these Gram Panchayats were elected unopposed. There was some
clerical mistake in the proposal earlier sent to the Commission. It has been requested to make necessary corrections
accordingly.
