Notification

The 12th December, 2018

No. 11854/11-L.— The Governor of Haryana, while exercising the powers under Section-45 of Haryana Canal

& Drainage Act, 1974 (29 of 1974), has earlier notified the land of river/stream or drainage channel in District

Ambala vide notification No. 3114/11-L, dated 19.04.2017 in which the land given below in table and falling under

category of residential/commercial in Development Plan-2025 AD of Town & Country Planning Department, Ambala

was also notified. Therefore, Governor of Haryana in exercise of powers conferred under Section-64 of Haryana

Canal & Drainage Act, 1974 (29 of 1974) exclude from Section 45, the land as specified in the schedule given

below:-
