The 12th December, 2018

No. 2/58/2018-2lab.— In exercise of power conferred by the second proviso to section 6 of the Payment of

Wages Act, 1936, (Central Act 4 of 1936), the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that the employers of the

industrial or other establishments as defined in clause (ii) of Section 2 of the said Act, shall pay the wages to the

persons employed therein by crediting the wages in their bank account.
