The 13th December, 2018

No. 13/5/2014-6T(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Haryana

Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 2016 (Act No.24 of 2016). The Governor of Haryana hereby exempts one Truck bearing

registration Number HR55M-3396 owned by Late Sh. Dilbagh Singh, resident of House No.814, Sector-15,

Gurugram which had been stolen on the 23rd November, 2012 from payment of moter vehicle tax with effect from

the 1st December, 2012 to till date.
