Notification
The 19th December, 2018
No. 18/200/2018-3C1.— In exercise of powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) and (6) of Section 3 of the
Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department,
Notification No.18/200/2018-3C1, dated 17.09.2018, the Governor of Haryana hereby declare the local area as
mentioned in the schedule given below to be Committee in the name of Municipal Committee, Bass in District- Hisar.
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
North :- Starting from point A North-West corner of rectangle No. 237 of village Bass, moving towards east,
Northern boundary of rectangle No. 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, 243 towards North-East corner of rectangle No. 243
which is point B.
East :- Thence moving towards South from point B, Eastern boundary of rectangle No. 243, 269, 298 straight down
to East-South corner of rectangle No. 325, which is point C. From point C moving to South-West corner of rectangle
No. 325 is point D. From point D moving to South, Eastern boundary of rectangle No. 352, 380, 407 towards
South-East Corner of rectangle No. 431, is point E.
South :- Thence moving towards West from point E, Southern boundary of rectangle No. 431, 432, 433 towards
South-West Corner of rectangle No. 434 is called point F. From point F to G Western boundary of rectangle No. 434
up to the North-West corner and South-West corner of rectangle No. 404 is point G which is straight South boundary
of rectangle No. 403 and South-west corner of rectangle No. 403 is point H. From point H moving towards North is
Point I is the North-West corner of rectangle No. 403 & South-West corner of rectangle No. 385 moving towards
Southern boundary of rectangle No. 385, up to South-West corner of rectangle No. 385 is point J.
West :- From point J moving towards North to point A, Northern boundary of rectangle No. 385, 347, 331, 292, 275,
