The 4th January, 2019

No. 6/4/2018.-1Cabinet.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the

Constitution of India, I, Satyadev Narayan Arya, Governor of Haryana, hereby make the following rules further to

amend the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules,1974, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Amendment Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules, 1974, in the Schedule,-

“(i)

for the heading, brackets and signs “ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

DEPARTMENT (Through the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Electronics and Information

Technology Department)”, the heading, brackets and signs “INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY,

ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT (Through the Secretary to Government,

Haryana, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Department)” shall be substituted;

(ii)

after serial numbers 11, and entries thereagainst the following serial number and entries thereagainst

shall be added, at the end, namely:-

“12. To ensure the implementation of the State’s policy in all matters concerning Communication

Technology and all other directions/guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time on

Telecommunication Sector.”.
