Corrigendum

The 9th January, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/10.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its Notification

No. SEC/3E-II/2016/2260 dated 10.02.2016 notified the name of Sh. Raghubir Singh S/o Sh. Babu Ram, as elected

Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat Sili Khurd in Block Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, in the General Election held in

January, 2016 on the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer(P), Yamuna Nagar.

In the Said recommendation* indicating elected as unopposed was not marked against the name of above said

Sarpanch in English version.

And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (P), Yamuna Nagar vide his Memo

No. 4944/Panchayat, dated 24.12.2018 has informed that there were no election on the post of Sarpanch the Gram

Panchayat Sili Khurd and the Sarpanch was elected unopposed also. There was some clerical mistake in the proposal

earlier sent to the Commission. It has been requested to make necessary corrections accordingly.

And, whereas, in view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby issues corrigendum as under:-
