Notification

The 14th January, 2019

No. 119-SW(1)2019.— In pursuance of Article 94 of Articles of Association of the Haryana Backward

Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam (P) Ltd. Constituted under the Companies Act, 1956

(No. 1 of 1956), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the Sh. Suresh Panchal, Resident of S. R. Motors, Near

Grispal Petrol Pump, Patiala Road, Narwana, District Jind as Non-Official member of the Board of Directors of

Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam (P) Ltd. With immediate effect in

place of Shri Kanwal Singh Saini, 566/20, Prem Nagar, Rohtak.
