compensation of Rs. 20,00,000 under sec.166 of Motor Vehicle Act.1998 You are, therefore, hereby notice to appear

in person or by a pleader duly instructed and able to answer all material questions relation to the petition before me on

31/01/2019 at 10-30 A.M. to answer the claim and further you are directed to file on that day a written statement of

your defense and to produce on the same day all the documents in your possessions and power upon you base your

defense.
