Notification

The 28th January, 2019

No. 50/2/2019-S(I)(A).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue

Act, 1887 and section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon

Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani the powes of the Collector to hear appeals from the orders and decrees

of Assistant Collector of the 1st and 2nd Grades under the aforesaid Acts such powers shall be exercised by

Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani within the limits of respective Sub Division where the officer is

working.

No. 50/2/2019-S(I)(B) :– Under the provisions of clause (c) of section 3 of the Land Acquistion Act, 1894, the Governor

of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani with the powers of Collector for the

purpose of aforesaid Act. Such powers are to be exercised within the the limits of respective Sub Division where the

officer is working.

No. 50/2/2019-S(I)(C) :– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Punjab Occupancy

Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS,

City Magistrate, Bhiwani to perform the duties of the Collector under the said Act within the the limits of the

Sub Division where the office is working.

No. 50/2/2019-S(I) (D) :– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Colonization of Government Lands

(Punjab) Act, 1912 (Punjab Act 5 of 1912), Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani is appointed as a Collector

to perform all the functions and exercised all the powers under sections 17, 20, 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 over the lands

to which the said act applied in respect of all State owned lands in the Bhiwani Sub Division of Bhiwani District under

the management of the Public Works Department, Haryana.

No. 50/2/2019-S(I) (E) :– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of section 2 of the Indian

Stam Act, 1899, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Ved Parkash, HCS, City Magistrate, Bhiwani to perform

the duties of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the Bhiwani Sub Division of the Bhiwani District.
