The 29th January, 2019

No. 46/18/2018-3IW.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Irrigation Department, Draftsman & Tracers Group-C Service Rules, 1982, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Irrigation Department, Draftsman and Tracers Group-C Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2.

In the Haryana Irrigation Department, Draftsmen & Tracers Group-C Service Rules, 1982 in rule 5, for the

word “thirty”, the words “forty-two” shall be substituted
