Order

The 11th February, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/164.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No.SEC/3E-

II/2016/3641, dated 08.04.2016 had notified the name of Sh. Neeraj Kumar S/o Sh. Satvir under section 161 (4) of the

Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hodal, District Palwal.

And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Palwal vide his letter

No.9412/Panchayat, dated 29.01.2019 has informed that a meeting was held on 20.09.2018 under the Chairmanship

of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Palwal-cum-designated authority to consider the no confidence motion against

Vice Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Hodal. Out of 29 members, 27 were present and all of them supported no

confidence motion. Hence, no confidence motion against the Vice Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hodal has been

passed.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Neeraj Kumar S/o

Sh. Satvir as Vice Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hodal, District Palwal with immediate effect.
