HARYANA GOVERNMENT

HEALTH AND AYUSH DEPARTMENT

Notification

The 12th February, 2019

No. G.S.R.9/Con./Art.309/2019.― In excercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Ayurvedic Education (Group A and B) Service Rules, 1999, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Ayurvedic Education (Group A and B) Service (Amendment)

Rules,2019.

2.

In the Haryana Ayurvedic Education (Group A and B) Service Rules, 1999 (hereinafter called the said rules),

in sub-rule (1), in rule 9, under the heading ”Group-A”, after clause (m), the following clauses shall be added, namely

:-

"(n)

in the case of Professor of Shalakya Tantra ,-

(i)

by direct recruitment; or

(ii)

by promotion from amongst the Readers of Shalakya Tantra; or

(iii)

by transfer or deputation of an officer already in the Service of any State Government or the

Government of India ;

(o)

in the case of Professor of Agad Tantra ,-

(i)

by direct recruitment; or

(ii)

by promotion from amongst the Readers of Agad Tantra; or

(iii)

by transfer or deputation of an officer already in the Service of any State Government or the

Government of India.”.

In the said rules, in Appendix A, under the heading Group A, under the columns 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, after serial

number 13 and entries thereagainst, the following serial numbers and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely :-
