It is notified that Sh. Partap Singh, Advocate, Member Bar Council has been elected unopposed, as Member of

the Bar Council of India under Section 4 of the Advocates Act, 1961, read with Rules 2 & 3 of the Rules, as contained

in Part-II, Chapter-I of the Bar Council of India, in its meeting held on 21st February, 2019.

The result of the election shall be subject to the final decision of the CWP No. 4680/2019 titled as
