Corrigendum

The 22nd February, 2019

No. 861.— In Haryana Government Gazette Published on dated 20th November, 2018 Haryana Government

Public Works Department Notification No. 859. Whereas, it appears to Governor of Haryana that the land specified

below is needed is urgently to the Government at the Public expenses for the public purpose, namely construction of

road from Siwani to Dhani Ramjas-Dhani Kishan Lal road village –Dhani Ramjas, Tehsil –Siwani Distt. Bhiwani.

It is hereby notified that the land in area described below is required for the above purpose.

The notification is made under the provision of Section-XIX of Land Acquisition (Act-30 of 2013) for the

information of all to whom may concerned. The Gazette Notification under section-11(1) stands published vide

Haryana Government Gazette Notification No. 853 dated 20th April 2018.

In exercise of the powers confirmed by the aforesaid section, the Government of Haryana is hereby authorizes

the officers of PWD (B&R) Branch Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the

undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by this section.

Any person interested , who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may within a period of

60 days of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette, file and objection, if any, in writing before the

Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department, Building & Roads Branch, Bhiwani.

The plan of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department,

(Building & Roads) Branch, Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, Provl. Divn. PWD B&R Branch, Bhiwani. Now, as

read correct instead of above.

Whereas, it appears to the Government of Haryana that the land specified below is needed urgently to the

Government at the public expenses for the public purpose, namely construction of road from Siwani to Dhani Ramjas

to Dhani Kishan Lal road, village Dhani Ramjas, Tehsil Siwani Distt. Bhiwani.

This notification is made under the provision of section 11(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has already been

published in the Haryana Government Gazette vide No. 853 dated 20.04.2018 made for acquisition as specified

below.

It is hereby notified that land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of section-19 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 read with the

section-24 of Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement impartial Act, 2013 section -24 Sub-section 1(1). The

Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building & Roads) Branch, Bhiwani is hereby directed to

take order as per Land Acquisition Act, 2013 under Section-24 with read the section Land Acquisition Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Impartial Act, 2013.

The Plan of the land may be inspected in the Officers of the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works

Department (Building & Roads) Branch Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, Provl. Divn. PWD B&R Branch,

Bhiwani.
