Notification

The 22nd February, 2019

No. G.S.R. 14/Const./Art. 309/2019.― In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Hospitality Organisation (State Service, Class-II) Service Rules, 1971, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (State Service, Class-II), Amendment

Rules, 2019.

2.

In the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (State Service, Class-II) Service Rules, 1971, in Rule 10, after clause

(ii), the following clasue shall be inserted, namely:-

“(iii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or Higher Education.”.
