Notification

The 28th February, 2019

No. 1/92/2017-1TCP.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Haryana

is pleased to appoint Sh. Inderjeet Mehta, House No. 137, Sector-24A, Chandigarh as the Member (Judicial); and;

Sh. Anil Kumar Gupta, House No. 403, GH-59, Sector-20, Panchkula as the Member (Technical/Administrative) of

Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Haryana at Karnal with effect from the dates they will assume the charge of

the posts.

2.

The tenure of the office of the Members, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Haryana at Karnal shall be

five years or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions of service of appointment will be notified separately.
